I started as a personal trainer — working with real people on real goals long before I ever stepped into a classroom. That hands-on foundation led me to pursue a Master's degree in counseling, where I trained to work with people across all walks of life, all ages, all circumstances. Not just students — adults navigating careers, relationships, identity, and everything in between.
That counseling background gave me something most wellness providers simply don't have: a clinically trained ability to meet people where they are, understand what's really going on beneath the surface, and communicate in a way that actually lands. It shapes every patient interaction here.

With a master's in counseling, 25+ years across personal training, customer service, and wellness, and five years specifically in the med spa space — I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what's been missing. Wellness Lab MD was built to fill that gap.
From there I moved into the med spa world, spent five years learning what truly moves the needle, and built my first wellness clinic — which I successfully sold in 2025. Wellness Lab MD is what I built next, and it's the most intentional thing I've ever created.
